Becky Nowaczyk of Holman Moving Systems Wins UniGroup’s Highest Customer Service Award for 2011

New Castle, DE – Holman Moving Systems today announced that Becky Nowaczyk, moving coordinator with Holman Moving Systems, won the 2011 Heart of Quality Award, which is UniGroup’s highest honor for achievement in customer service. Nowaczyk won this award for her outstanding move coordination and customer service scores from January through December 2010. Scores are calculated based on customer survey results that rate overall move coordination, timely information and follow up, availability and efficient coordination of moving details.
Rose Rydel, also a moving coordinator with Holman Moving Systems, received honorable mention for the same award.

Becky Nowaczyk and Rose Rydel have been moving coordinators with Holman Moving Systems since May 2006 and January 1996, respectively. This is second year that Becky has been honored for customer service achievement – in 2010 she received honorable mention for the Heart of Quality Award. This is Rose’s first year being recognized by the program.
