UniGroup, Inc. Honors Four Drivers from Holman Moving Systems for 2010 Safety Records

New Castle, DE – Holman Moving Systems today announced that drivers Harry Comito, Alex Herteg, Stan Rynkevic and Bob Kirschner achieved awards of honorable mention or higher for stellar safety records every month in 2010. The criteria for safety awards encompass all areas of van operator performance including miles driven, customer service, safety and cargo claims prevention and good communication skills.
“To achieve excellent ratings each month in all of the criteria that Unigroup considers for an award is admirable,” said Danielle Long, Safety Director, Holman Moving Systems. “The fact that these four drivers not only met the requirements for an award, but did so every month for an entire year is an incredible achievement. Holman always works hard to ensure that the safety standards of United®, and we are proud to have a number of drivers who make safety a top priority every day that they are on the road.”
In addition to receiving honorable mention each month, Stan Rynkevic and Bob Kirschner won Van Operator of the Month for April and May, respectively. Harry Comito and Alex Herteg won Runner-Up for Van Operator of the Month for April and February, respectively.
The recognition, which is part of UniGroup’s Excellent Performance Award program, allows all top-performing drivers to be honored by the UniGroup Safety Department in conjunction with the Operations Division.
